Dear Sir/Madam,              The Government of  Kerala is organizing a seminar on ‘Democratic and Secular Education- Kerala experience’ at the Kerala University campus, Kariyavattom, from 4th to 6th December,2008.  Eminent educationists of international and national repute have kindly consented to participate in the seminar and present papers on various aspects of education.  There are six thematic sessions, two public lectures and twenty two parallel sessions.  The inaugural function of the seminar is arranged as per the schedule given overleaf.  You are cordially invited to be present in the inaugural ceremony                                                                      With regards            Shri.
